Fit for Fertility advice for men

There are many different factors that affect the production of semen and a lot, but not all of them are under your control.

One of the main causes of male infertility is abnormal sperm, which means there is either not enough sperm being produced, or that the sperm produced is the wrong shape or not mobile enough to reach and fertilise a woman’s eggs.

It’s important to remember that modern-day male fertility has nothing to do with the old-fashioned images and outdated knowledge of masculinity.

We know now that strength and physical fitness have little positive effect on the production and quality of sperm, and sexual performance is no reflection of a man’s ability to father children. Once you see past these misinterpretations of male fertility, you will find it becomes easier to discuss your fertility with your partner.
